# Department of Justice Epstein Files

The following folders contain archives of the [Epstein Files Transparency Act (H.R.4405)](https://www.justice.gov/epstein/doj-disclosures).

## extracted
The [extracted](extracted) folder contains all the original archives in extracted format (except **Volume 9**, see *community* below), along with checksums.

You can browse the files without having to download the whole archive that way. If you want to download the whole archive, please use the *justice.gov* folder explained below.

The [justice.gov](justice.gov) folder contains the original .zip files as uploaded to the DOJ website. The archive tries to maintain the most "complete" files, as in, before the DOJ started deleting and redacting files.
